This personal work represents my vision of E-50/Panther II turret in case if WWII in Europe wasn't over in May of 1945. I tried to represent turret that was used right after production on the factory. Lack of materials and time in the end of the war led to absence of standard camo so I made german red oxide primer as the main turret color and grey heat-resistant primer for gun barrel. Overall weathering relates to dusty conditions which corresponds to city warfare. My main aim of this work was to test some approaches related to welding, cast details and gas cutting effects. Modelling was made in Maya (with some help of zBrush and Fusion360). Unwrapped with UVLayout. Textured in Mari and rendered in Renderman.
